You\u2019ll need to show a current, valid ID with your name, photo and address, such as any Virginia state-issued identification.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have a photo ID with your name and current address, please bring two pieces of current ID. One of these must include your name and address, and one must include your name and photo. We can also assist you in printing copies of special documents that you may need. \u00a0If you need additional tax forms, you can<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/forms-pubs\">download them from the IRS website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you want forms or instructions mailed to your home, go to the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/forms-pubs\/forms-and-publications-by-us-mail\">Forms and Publications by U.S. Mail<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>page on the IRS.gov website. Scheduling for a proctored exam is on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n<p>There is no fee for proctoring an exam but the individual student is responsible for any incidental costs associated with the examination, such as printing, postage, or faxing.<\/p>\n<p>Before taking the exam, the student will be required to present a photo I.D.<\/p>\n<p>Proctors will not monitor a student continuously during an examination, but will check on them periodically.
